This property was a bungalow that had its original pitched roof removed to allow for us to build it up another storey then put a double hipped roof back on in its place to double the size of the property.
The internal work involved forming four double bedrooms, two of those en suite one with a walk in wardrobe and a main house bathroom on the first floor all rooms fitted with new radiators.
Downstairs the property had a new downstairs cloakroom fitted, a new kitchen fitted with the old kitchen being used in the utility room. A new staircase was fitted and extensive plastering around the rest of the original bungalow.
The gravity fed hot water cylinder was replaced with a mains water fed stainless steel unvented cylinder to boost the hot water feed to all three of the showers and new drains for the en suite bathrooms were laid outside the property.
