We were tasked with the demolition of an existing garage and the erection of three separate extensions,double skinned and rendered.
The first extension was a lounge with raised tye trusses to take a three metre high window overlooking the landscaped garden.
The second extension was a kitchen with a separate utility and cloakroom leading onto the rear patio.
The third extension was a side garage to the bungalow with an internal door leading into the utility area.
The rest of the bungalow was re roofed and fitted with upvc facias/soffitts and guttering. A rear patio area and footpaths around the bungalow laid in stone finished the outside of the property off. Internal work involved erection of new walls/plastering fitting bathroom / new kitchen and laying new floors.
